On gas hobs, you can use any type of cooking pans, old and new.
As always, it is best to use pans with dimensions that fits to each burner (example: on the top of
the auxiliary burner (1000 watts) a small pan).
For the gas hobs is important to keep the necessary distance between the hob and cookerhood.
We recommend a distance of 72cm for cookerhoods with high extraction capability (as 900 cmb/h motors)
In case of bottled gas use it is necessary to install a low pressure regulator.
